Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how content.up collects, uses, stores, and protects information when visitors and customers use our website, AI generation tools, subscriptions, and account features.
Last updated: May 16, 2026
1. Who we are
content.up is a web application that helps users turn Markdown, text, Word documents, images, or other supported inputs into generated web pages and related digital outputs. This policy applies to https://contentup.cc and related product pages, account areas, and API endpoints operated for the service.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as email address, authentication identifiers, subscription status, usage quota, credit balance, and billing-related metadata.
We collect content you submit to the service, including uploaded files, prompts, text, images, generated HTML, job status, and technical logs needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the product.
We may collect device and usage information such as browser type, page views, approximate location derived from network data, timestamps, error events, cookie preferences, language preferences, and analytics events.
3. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem or Dodo Payments. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers. Payment providers may share limited billing metadata with us, such as checkout status, subscription ID, customer email, product ID, and renewal or cancellation events.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide the service, create and manage accounts, process subscriptions, generate digital outputs, prevent abuse, maintain security, provide support, troubleshoot errors, measure product performance, and comply with legal or payment-provider requirements.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer payment details for advertising.
5. Third-party service providers
We use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database, analytics, AI model processing, file handling, email, and payments. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services to us and to comply with their own legal and security obligations.
6. User content and AI processing
Content submitted for generation may be sent to configured AI model providers or internal processing services to produce requested outputs. You should not upload content that you do not have the right to use, or content that contains unnecessary sensitive personal data.
Generated outputs may be stored so you can preview, download, recover, or audit your generation history, depending on the specific product workflow.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and local storage for authentication, session management, language preference, theme preference, security, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some account or checkout features may not work without required cookies.
8. Retention
We keep personal information and user content only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal, accounting, or payment obligations. You may request deletion of account-related data by contacting us.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid uploading highly sensitive data unless it is necessary for the requested workflow.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at support@contentup.cc.
11. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries or regions different from where you live. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed internationally as needed to operate the product.
12. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
