Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of content.up, including our AI generation tools, account features, subscriptions, payment flows, generated outputs, and related services.

Last updated: May 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using content.up, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

content.up provides AI-assisted tools that transform supported user inputs, including Markdown, text, Word documents, images, or prompts, into generated web pages and related digital outputs. Features, supported file types, model providers, quotas, and pricing may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account email accessible for notices, password resets, and billing messages.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Paid plans may provide monthly usage quota, subscription access, or additional credits. Prices, product names, quotas, billing intervals, and plan features are shown on the pricing page or checkout page before purchase.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as Creem or Dodo Payments. By purchasing a subscription or paid product, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method according to the displayed billing terms.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the account, billing portal, or payment-provider flow when available. After cancellation, paid access generally remains available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by the payment provider. A refund request does not cancel future renewals; cancel the subscription separately if you do not want it to renew.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Digital services, consumed credits, completed generations, and already delivered outputs are generally not refundable, except where required by law or where we explicitly approve a refund. Pro subscription customers may submit a request using the refund request form. If something does not work as described, contact us at support@contentup.cc.

If a refund is approved, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your card issuer or financial institution.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, attack systems, bypass access controls, generate deceptive or harmful content, process illegal material, or abuse rate limits, credits, payment systems, or promotional offers.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, transform, display, and store your content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit and process your content.

8. Generated outputs

Subject to your compliance with these terms and any third-party model or service restrictions, you may use generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, distribution, or business use.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular use. The service does not replace professional legal, financial, medical, design, or compliance advice.

9. Intellectual property

The service, website design, software, product names, branding, templates, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by these terms or written permission.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product changes, provider outages, or abuse prevention.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, abused payment or quota systems, or used the product unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, content.up and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or service interruption arising from use of the service.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
