    Most AI tasks take tens of seconds. Keep the page open; some tasks resume polling after refresh.

    After generation, review the preview, then download HTML, images, Markdown, or copy verification codes.

Billing

Billing and credits

content.up supports monthly account quota and access-key balance. Upgrade to Pro or redeem a new key when credits run low.

Request a refund

Refund requests cover Pro subscription payments only and are reviewed case by case against payment records and credit usage.

  • Free users get monthly free quota by default, available after email verification.
  • Pro users get higher monthly quota and can manage subscriptions from the account page.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals; refunds for subscription payments require a separate manual review request.
  • Redeemed access-key balance is retained and counted together with account quota.

What if generation fails or takes too long?

Keep the page open and wait for a while. If the page shows a failed task, submit again. If it fails again, send the account email, tool page, error message, and input file type to support.

What if the file format is unsupported?

Upload the format shown on the tool page. Content-to-web supports Markdown, TXT, and DOCX; photo and image tools support common image formats; video currently uses Markdown.

What if credits are insufficient or a key cannot be used?

Logged-in users can view remaining credits and key balance on the account page. A one-time key cannot be reused if consumed, mismatched, or entered incorrectly.

What if Pro does not activate after payment?

Payment callbacks usually sync quickly. If the account page is still not updated after a few minutes, send the payment email, account email, and payment screenshot to support.

How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?

Manage future renewals through the payment portal from your account page. Refunds for Pro subscription payments can be submitted on the refund request page. Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel renewal.

What if verification or password reset email does not arrive?

Check spam and promotions folders, confirm the email address, then resend. If it still does not arrive, contact support with the registered email.

What if preview or download does not work?

Refresh, open separately, or download again. If the issue continues, include browser, device, page, and screenshots.
